BEWARE: Made an appointment for "low tire light" that came on. Had nail in tire. After arrival, told that being I had over 30,000 miles had to do the 30,000 mile checkup too for $299.00. I objected strongly, since I had just had that checkup back home in Iowa before driving to AZ. They wanted to change oil too and had only 2000 miles on that oil change. After objecting to the oil change, then they lowered the price to $249 and eventually charged me $272.00. I called their customer service and they eventually credited me $120.00 back, so still paid $150.00 to fix a nail in a tire. The local tire shop would have charged me $22.50. This will be my last Toyota and I will never return to this shop. And if you are an elderly female with white hair take a man with you! I was scammed big time and they would not listen and fix the tire only. Wasn't sure I could get to another shop or I would have walked right then when he said I needed an oil change on 2000 miles. That is why I gave the rating I did, I was scammed big time. More
We were looking to lease a new Camry. Went on the "True Car inquiry" Web site, found a car at the Right Toyota dealership, completed their on-line application and received a quote from them the next "True Car inquiry" Web site, found a car at the Right Toyota dealership, completed their on-line application and received a quote from them the next day. The quote they gave was very good - I made an appointments with the salesperson. Before going there today, I text him again, and asked him to assure me that the price is correct. We test drove the car, and liked the car, and asked to get the paper work ready for us to purchase the car. In few minutes, he came back with his sales manager, telling us that they made a mistake and the car lease price is 85-100$ per month over the amount they quoted me!!! meaning, over the period of 3 years, it'll be 3000-3600$ more! I have all the emails, price quote, etc. But to save the sales person from embarrassment, and not to damage his income, I'm not going to reveal his name. The sales manager Andy told me that he made a mistake and it was his fault for the wrong price quote... After doing some research online, I found out that this is a very common practice for this dealership - they give you a very low quote, and once you go in, they jack up the price... But I will STRONGLY recommend that you DO NOT USE this dealership. More
Tom Redd was extremely accommodating and made the sales process extremely easy. We haggled a bit, but it was all in good fun and we ended up at a price where we felt the deal was great.
