DON'T TRUST RIGHT TOYOTA I have always purchased my vehicles. I purchased a 4runner from Right Toyota, they contacted me about a year later letting me know that I had equity I have always purchased my vehicles. I purchased a 4runner from Right Toyota, they contacted me about a year later letting me know that I had equity on my car and I could trade it in for lower monthly payments and lower interest rate. I came in and they made me a deal that no one could refuse. They convinced me to lease my car for two years with 1.9% interest with a monthly payment of 415.00, on top of that I would receive free maintenance for 5 years and I also had the option to buy at that interest rate. So come to find out they had me sign a lease for 5 years and maintenance was only covered for 2 years/25000 miles. I also explained to them the reason I didn't want to do a lease was because I didn't want my mileage to be restricted. They told me I had unlimited mileage and it would not be a problem, again not what it says in my lease agreement with them. So basically everything they told me verbally was a lie. And now they will not help me because I had none of what they said to me in writing. They totally screwed me. Don't trust them! More

They had the registration and insurance for my trade in, and I was writing the check when the sales guy came back and said that the internet department sold my truck to someone else. Unbelievable. Needless to say I will not deal with Right Toyota in the future. More

Sales Staff Recently purchased our 6th and 7th vehicles from Right Toyota and this last experience was absolutely terrible. We were out and out lied to by a fast talking sales person named Fabio about scratches that would be removed from the used Rav4 and then he gave us some B.S. story about the Camry my wife was buying being a limited edition. They never listened to what WE wanted, only to fast talking Fabio. We were then ignored by the other sales person when we requested meeting with the GM. Since then, I have had three conversations with their computer person on line that just keeps asking the same questions and never comes up with any real help. I would recommend that you RUN out the door if FABIO approaches you. More

Routine Service Service manager is always accommodating and was able to fit me in for an oil change right away. I was very close to my $30,000 mile service and he as Service manager is always accommodating and was able to fit me in for an oil change right away. Self Centered Dealer........Not Interested in You I purchased a 2012 fully loaded 4-Runner 2 years ago. When the Right wanted to buy it back, I said OK. Treated me well 2 years ago. Thought I would g I purchased a 2012 fully loaded 4-Runner 2 years ago. When the Right wanted to buy it back, I said OK. Treated me well 2 years ago. Thought I would get a older, cheaper, loaded equivalent, larger truck which I would then, should have lower principal to pay back. However, my assigned salesman refused to show me (used) Tundras, which I wanted. Told me the models I wanted were sold (Lie). Refused to let me talk to GM. Talked me into a much higher loan for a new 2014 Tundra (basic) model that they were having a hard time selling. I thought I was getting a good deal as before in 2012. When I went to finance, they never discussed the paperwork for the new truck loan. Told me I had good credit. Good Income. Finance wanted me to sign as fast as possible in order to get me quickly out of the building. Focused ONLY on my monthly payment which was a little lower. Finally, when I read the fine print, the loan was much much higher, with high interest rate. This is not how to treat a good customer !! Would have been better to walk away from the sale but the dealer was interested in THEIR bottom line, not my satisfaction. I hate driving my NEW 2014 vehicle now....each time reminds me of this bad experience. More

They did not return calls nor did they respond to any of my requests, even when I elevated the problem to the general manager. This is the second car I have purchased from Right and with my three Toyota I have owned I have gotten 100% of my service work with them. I have been very pleased with there response. But with there inability for them to respond or follow through I do not believe I will continue to come back to them. More

He was able to answer every question I threw at him, and introduced me to a lot of features that many other dealers I had dealt with at different places didn't go into detail about. The car buying process can be dreadful, but I had a lot of fun! If I need any other vehicles in the future I will be looking to work with him first, and sending all of my friends over as well! More

We are avid Toyota fans but our experience this time around almost lead us to buy a Ford or Honda. From the quick email responses, straight forward negotiation process, and transparent experience with finance we couldn't have wanted for anything better.
