Very helpful with financing. Salesperson should have had us do more than just ride around with him (e.g., windows don't work, no radio/clock, only one key). These are things that Salesperson should have had us do more than just ride around with him (e.g., windows don't work, no radio/clock, only one key). These are things that would have made me as a senior decide against buying the truck. Also, getting into the Ford F150 is too difficult for those of us over 75 and 80. I think the salesperson should have suggested a more -appropriate vehicle. However, we felt pressured to hurry. More
Chris in Fleet Sales was nothing short of outstanding. Professional, courtesy, responsive. He made the difference with our decision to purchase from Right Toyota. Professional, courtesy, responsive. He made the difference with our decision to purchase from Right Toyota. More
Went in to check out a TRD pro Tacoma, and it wasn’t to my liking completely. Internet sales manager made a comment about how the sales rep I was dealing with was chasing nothing right in front of me. I wo my liking completely. Paid cash but they still required personal information. They ran a hard credit inquiry after saying they wouldn't run it. They totally lied. Don't trust them. I regret giving them my business. This was by far the worst sales experience I have had in my life. We agreed on a price for the vehicle including a trade in for my previous vehicle. After going through all of the paperwork the price I en my life. We agreed on a price for the vehicle including a trade in for my previous vehicle. After going through all of the paperwork the price I ended up paying was significantly higher than what we had agreed on. After returning home I tried to contact the sales agent who never returned my calls. I left a google review, a representative from Right Toyota responded with contact information, I never heard back from my message to him either. In the end, I see this as my own fault for trusting the process where I should have been more vigilant through the process. More
Very shady with paperwork. Was told maintenance and wheel and tire plans were free from Toyota. Paperwork was $4000 for the 2 plans plus another $3000 which they couldn’t expl Was told maintenance and wheel and tire plans were free from Toyota. Paperwork was $4000 for the 2 plans plus another $3000 which they couldn’t explain. Redid paperwork and Offered $7000 refund and but $2000 was added to paperwork. So now we’re $9000 over what price should have been. I was told we had agreed to a $2000 mark up as they were trying to move vehicles off the lot. This seems backwards to me. Sales manager said they don’t discount new vehicles even during Toyotathon and discounts were offered online ad.. We did get a $8600 refund from them. This is the biggest group of dishonest people I’ve ever dealt with. Read your paperwork very carefully as they will hide the numbers when you sign the contract. I should have run away but didn’t and had to deal with it. Love the vehicle but glad it’s over with. Sales manager stated they don’t care about reviews because for everyone bad they have 10 good reviews. Not a very good percentage. Most dealers pride themselves on all good reviews. Stay away!!!! This dealer is the dumps. I have had nothing but issues with them. To start, the day I bought the car, the salesperson raised his voice at me when I started to talk price. It I have had nothing but issues with them. To start, the day I bought the car, the salesperson raised his voice at me when I started to talk price. It was loud, so raising the volume of the voice was ok, but the aggressive tone that came out what not called for. Then I get put in a room with the person doing the finance paperwork, and he constantly cuts me off assuming he knew what I was going to ask, but he did not. The information he was spitting at me, when I was not even halfway through my question, was needless and inaccurate information. I had to point out what he was doing after about 20 minutes of not being able to communicate my question and the fact that USAA was giving me better loan terms than what he was presenting to me. He told me I was wrong even after I had shown him the proof. IU had to do that twice because he did not read what I was showing him, and he is telling me I was wrong. He finally looked and absorbed the information that I was telling and showing him. To his credit, he then went to another lender the dealer works with and was able to match the finance deal and add a little to it so that what he offered was better than what I was showing him. He was still cutting me off every sentence when I was trying to talk to him. Fast forward, the paperwork was done, and they lost the only key to the car. It took 30 minutes to find it. They also lost a head rest to the car. They did replace it for free for me with a factory head rest, but that took a few days to get in and I must get it. This was all at the very beginning of September 2023. I still don’t have a license plate. I paid for tags, not sure why it is still not in. I did call 3 weeks after I bought the car after the temp tags expired. I called in and they transferred me to the finance guy. Last name is Jenny. The same guy that wouldn’t let me finish my sentences. To his credit, he called back very quickly, left me a message telling me who to call and their number since they never actually ordered my tags, or whatever it is that they were to do the day after my paperwork was done. He emailed her for me since she was off the weekend. He told me her name, Maria, and gave me her number. I called and left a message. Aft/er a few days, I called and spoke with her, and she sent me in email a new temp tag. As of today, 12/28, 202, I still have not received my tags. To make matters worse, I received a letter on 11/23/2023 from the lender of my car loan saying they still had not received the title or lien certificate and that I needed to engage the dealer to get it. So, I called in and spoke with the finance guy, last name Jenny, and he let me finish what I was calling about without cutting me off. He said that Right Toyota has a good relationship with the lender and not to worry about it, but this is also what Maria, the same person about the tags, deals with. So I called and left her a message about that part not being done 2 months after I bought the car. I have not yet received a call back or an email. This was all done at the end of November. It is 12/28 and I received another letter from the lender stating the same thing. This letter says if I don’t get Right Toyota to send in the title or lien certificate I am in default of my contract. I am 44 years old and bought many cars. Never once have I experienced any lever of incompetence to this extreme level. I strongly encourage everyone to be very wary of this dealership and consider all of this before going to them for anything. More
