The first time was shortly after we bought our Toyota certified us This visit was t3rd time we had experience with Right Toyota's service department. The first time was shortly after we bought our Toyota certified used car the check engine light went on. I drove over to the Toyota dealership and was promptly attended to and they quickly figured out the cause. The gas cap was not closed tightly enough. The personnel was friendly and helpful and considerate. .This recent visit was for our 2nd time for scheduled maintenance. This time I had not made an appointment like the first time for scheduled maintenance but I was out and about and believed there was something wrong/different about the way the car sounded when I started it. I went over to Toyota service department (a Saturday afternoon) and was thrilled that they were opened and was told they usually are closed by this time in the afternoon but would check the battery. I told then we were about due for our 2nd scheduled maintenance and they offered to do it at that time so I would not have to make a trip back. They replaced the weak battery with a new one and did the scheduled maintenance and again the personnel, specifically AdvisorRobert J. Marthaler, was very helpful and considerate. More

Gave exact details of all warranty options and first two years service free. Dealership has a great atmosphere and many amenities if you choose to wait for your vehicle service. Our service appointments have been extremely easy to set up and the service is done right the first time very efficiently. More

Customer Excellence We bought a new 4Runner from Right Toyota in 2007. We had researched the vehicle we wanted before we came in and we also knew about what our trade in We bought a new 4Runner from Right Toyota in 2007. We had researched the vehicle we wanted before we came in and we also knew about what our trade in was worth. In our minds we were pretty well set when we got there. The fleet manager was easy to work with and the sale was the least hassle car purchase we've ever had. From price to trade in value to paperwork, everything went just as we expected. Not too long after we purchased our 4Runner we came in for our first maintenance. Our service manager for that first visit was Bob Marthaler and he's been fantastic on customer service for the last 9 years. Because of that first sales experience and Bob's outstanding service support I came back to Right Toyota in 2015 to buy a new Tacoma. The sales guy for that visit was the fleet sales manager, Brian Koepke. Again first rate. Easy to work with. I was looking for a combination of features that were a little unusual. By the time we had finished talking they found the truck I was looking for down in Sierra Vista and made arrangements to bring it up for me. Again, no hassle. Exactly what I expected to pay. I ran into Brian not too long after I bought my truck and told him I had another customer for him. My granddaughter wants a truck just like mine but she is only 9 years old.
