Had an issue with the Bluetooth not working with the Microphone on my 2019 Avalon. they updated the radio software, it still did not work, bought it back a month later and they then gave a 1300 dollar e Microphone on my 2019 Avalon. they updated the radio software, it still did not work, bought it back a month later and they then gave a 1300 dollar estimate which I declined. I went home, thought about it and had an euphony... disconnect the battery! I did that then reconnected it 30 minutes later, it now work whereas folks can hear me now! "THERE", I fixed it, cost $0.00! I was able to get a partial refund however from my first visit when I presented the "cure". More
