I have used Right Toyota before for a trade in and new lease. This time I went to AJ Abdul for a new purchase after my lease's transmission failed. He was the upmost professional in handling my needs and finding the right purchase for me with a zero down loan, my payment not being much more than that of the lease I decided to trade in. He is quite experienced with the car busniness but more importantly made the experience as quick and painless as possible. I HIGHLY recommend asking for AJ or his son and working with them to find the correct fit for you whether it be a purchase or lease. More

9 months later and they send me to collections. Bought my car brand new, had scratches all over it, which it was in the shop for over a week to fix. Got it back out, and still had scratches on it, w Bought my car brand new, had scratches all over it, which it was in the shop for over a week to fix. Got it back out, and still had scratches on it, was in for a few more days, came out with MORE scratches. In the first month, my brand new car with less than 50 miles on it was in the shop more than I had it. I got it back the 3rd time and they forgot to hook back up the fog lights because they had to replace the entire bumper YET again because their guys had scratched the xxxx out of it while it was in there. Now for the last two months I have been dealing with a collection agency because this "Right" dealership says I did not make my full down payment, which I did. I have sent two faxes requesting the additional documentation, nothing back. Then last night I get ANOTHER letter from their collection agency. Finally I call them and they tell me that they sent me the requested documentation, yet I have nothing?!? Luckily this is not on my credit and I have all the documentation to fight the crappy dealership this is. I was told not to go here and I've regretted it big time. Word of mouth is the biggest and best advertising, I should have listened to my friends who had a horrible experience at this "Right" dealership. More
