Finance dept bullied me I came to the dealership to service my Toyota Yaris 2010. It only has 54,000 miles on it. They talked me into trading it in and leasing a vehicle. I p I came to the dealership to service my Toyota Yaris 2010. It only has 54,000 miles on it. They talked me into trading it in and leasing a vehicle. I paid $900 for assorted fees and services. Nothing was explained to me the communication was poor. The communication I did receive was high pressure sales. They didn’t listen to me and assumed certain things which cause me problems in the weeks to follow. When I went back to rectify things they made it my fault as if I should have known what the procedures were for trading in a car and leasing a new car. Having never done that before there were many things I did not know that they did not communicate to me. When I went back in it was finally agreed that they should have communicated better but the joke was on me. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. More

He could sell the worlds most exotic cars. Because he really DOES CARE about getting the best deal for his customers. This man, A.J., doesn't play around. He ALWAYS goes above and beyond.
