I was very disappointed with the fact that the service manager never inspected the inside of my broken bumper. Just looked at the outside, and made a decision. It should’ve been under warranty because it manager never inspected the inside of my broken bumper. Just looked at the outside, and made a decision. It should’ve been under warranty because it just fell off, but they decided that it couldn’t have happened by just looking at the outside and never on time the rope that was holding it together.
