Recommend the dealership's CEO/managers require customers remained masked while in the dealership to protect all Toyota employees and customers. Too many unmasked customers inside the waiting room, I was compelled to wait on the patio in 102+ degrees to avoid those openly coughing and sneezing without a mask or covering. Toyota needs to comply with Maricopa county's and Scottsdale's mask mandate and put up signs on doors informing customers accordingly. This aspect of my visit was extremely disappointing. More

Leased this vehicle through 3rd party so can only comment on car not service. Car on first day had manufacturer defect of trunk lock which caused me doubt dealer not checking car thoroughly before leasing. on car not service.
