The starter battery in our hybrid Camry did not work Monday morning so had AAA come jump start it. Since we could not turn the car off; Danny in the service team was able to get our car in immediately t Monday morning so had AAA come jump start it. Since we could not turn the car off; Danny in the service team was able to get our car in immediately to be fix. And the estimate he provided on the phone was spot on to the dollar. And the car started with no issues since. More

I will not be going back to this Toyota place. I went in there because my battery light was on and he checked it and he said that oh it’s the alternator so I said OK well I got to figure out how to get a ri there because my battery light was on and he checked it and he said that oh it’s the alternator so I said OK well I got to figure out how to get a ride and all this and that so I’ll have it done next weekend no problem he said just text ahead or let me know ahead to make sure that I have a alternator in stock I said well is it OK for me to drive why wouldn’t drive it a lot but I said OK I’m gonna go drive it home Long story short the guy had the nerve to say he told me not to drive my car home he never said that to me why would I have left there when I had two other cars at home that I could drive I would’ve left my car there so the bottom line is that my car totally locked up I was on the 101 I had to try and get off the 101 and it totally seized completely stopped I barely got it on the side of the road I’m just you buy a vehicle you take it to the dealership you pay more to get the service done and this xxxx always has to happen so this is the second Toyota dealer I’m not going to go toI will if I have to be driving out to Avondale Toyota I could’ve seriously gotten into a bad accident my husband moved out of the country I had a dog at home and it just really later on I really thought about it and it really upset me so from now on I will not use right Toyota I probably won’t even buy a Toyota when I’m ready to purchase a vehicle that’s How upset I am that this happened to me More
