Matt Winter, My wife and I appreciate your determination to assure us of our complete satisfaction with Right Toyota. It means a lot that you’re Will to take our concern into consideration. We didn’t know who to turn to. I did speak over the phone with the salesman. But didn’t receive much help to work the situation out. We felt stuck and very uncomfortable. Yes, we would like you to assist us in purchasing possibly a new Camry hybrid LE. When can we get together to see what can be done to make us feel happy with Right Toyota.
