On May 9th I purchased a 2025 RAV4. I made sure to ask all the questions. Explain exactly what I need. Both Summit and Skyler told me that all the options I want are in the car. I couldn’t test that for myself because of a special “Toyota” alarm on the car. This did not get removed until after I signed the paperwork. I was rushing to get home did not really test anything. On Sunday I used the car for work. I drove around and realized things are not good. The memory seats were not working, the options I asked for; one of those was not working. I called my sales person. Again, he confirmed it should all work. We made plans to meet at the dealership the next morning at 8AM. When I got there, I was told that Summit, Matthew and Skyler are not in. I asked to speak to someone who can help me with this deal. You see I got a few things with my deal; that was not right either. Jason Murdosh started helping me. At one point when we were talking about things he called me a liar right to my face. Yelled at me, disrespected me and was very rude. I left the keys and car at dealership and walked away. I called Toyota Finance and told them not to fund the deal. I also called Toyota and made a case. I will be filling a complaint too with the Attorney General. At around 2:30 PM yesterday I get a call from Skyler. I explained what was wrong. Skyler again confirmed that all the things that were wrong should be working. I told him how rude Jason was. Skyler asked to look into things and he will get back to me. When Skyler got back to me about an hour later, he lied about not telling me that this one option I specifically asked for should work the way I wanted it to. Jason is yelling “THAT xxxxx IS LYING” (I think there was a “F” word in there too) in the background. I can’t believe that guy is a Customer Relations Manager. I was misled to purchase this vehicle not just by options but by the deal itself. I keep hearing how Right Toyota lost so much money on this deal. So, take your car back and resell it; make a profit. Anyone knows a good attorney that can file a defamation lawsuit? Please send them my way. Don't believe all these 5-star reviews. I was told part of my deal was to give a 5 star review to Skyler. That he really needs it. More

I would not go back to this dealer. I was looking at leasing at Tacoma. Had one in mind and reached out through email. Dealership called me. Over the phone I was told they had a dea I was looking at leasing at Tacoma. Had one in mind and reached out through email. Dealership called me. Over the phone I was told they had a deal running at $299/month. We discussed that after taxes and fees would be $360 a month. I asked for details in writing, and he told me that they were old school and did not do that (First sign I should not have done business with them). They called me when I was on my way to the dealership to tell me the truck had been sold. I said do you have any more with that color/rim combo. I was told they could make it happen. I got to the dealer, and they do not have the color/rim combo in stock. I tell them I am leaving, and they pass to another salesman. They then tried to upsell me, and I said I was looking at $360 payment. This Salesman said I do not know who told you that but that is not possible. I was at this dealership for 3 hours and finally exhausted into buying the upgraded model with higher payments. They kept saying you got a great deal. I had some buyer’s remorse and spoke to the customer service manager about what happened. I said please break down for me this great deal I got. He said he would investigate it and give me details. He gave me zero details and said you got a fair deal. Seemed like every time I asked for details, I got the run around. Not to mention this customer service manager then passed me back to the original salesperson to try to try and help me. This is the same salesman that lied through their teeth. Long story short, do not buy from this dealer. They fit the stereotype of dealers that will lie, cheat and steal to get the sale. Go somewhere else and do not ignore the red flags like I did. More

Sat with the salesman which came back with completely different numbers, which was very disappointing since I was looking at the real numbers from their website.They told me saving sales tax with my trade-in, which made my trade-in more value, which is not true trade-in value is trade-in value using their trade-in value on their website which the manager said was a third-party and they didn’t honor, their quotes. Very confused with the website and disappointed at the dealer. More

As a business owner myself, I must express our profound disappointment and concern regarding the lack of professionalism and abysmal customer service experienced with Right Toyota’s service department After one of our trucks was towed there following an isolated accident, we provided all necessary business and driver contact details. Yet, at no point did the service department call or email us with a quote for parts or labor, nor did they provide any images or explanations of the required work. Instead, our technician had to repeatedly reach out to Matt from the service department for updates. Matt promised a callback with information, but none ever came. By Monday, we still have not received any emails related to the service so we called again, only to be told that the truck was ready and presented with a bill of nearly $7,000—our first notification of the cost.This behavior is not only unethical but raises serious concerns about their business practices. Performing costly repairs without written authorization from the vehicle’s owner is unacceptable. Throughout this ordeal, the insurance agent and our company made numerous attempts to contact Matt to discuss the bill, but after we expressed our outrage he stopped answering our calls. Our CEO had to escalate the issue to management, we are still waiting. All of this could have been avoided with basic professionalism and communication. Instead, Right Toyota’s actions have made it clear that we’re being forced to accept their unethical practices just to retrieve our vehicle. It is beyond comprehension that a business of this size operates with such disregard for customer rights and ethical business practices. We are hoping to come to a reasonable agreement soon and not have to take legal action. More
Having bought cars for decades, my experience at Right Toyota was unmatched. I had a lot of questions regarding the 2024 Land Cruiser Premium--my original interest...which later changed to a First Editio Toyota was unmatched. I had a lot of questions regarding the 2024 Land Cruiser Premium--my original interest...which later changed to a First Edition (FE). All questions answered. The entire team invested time with me on my 2024 Land Cruiser FE purchase--all without any rush. All Right Toyota team members were courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. Learned a lot from everyone. It's because of Jamie, Tiffany, and Scott that I purchased the Land Cruiser First Edition (FE). Farhan helped with the trade-in and all transactional materials, including other information that I was unaware of. For example, all Right Toyota vehicles (at least the new ones?)--include at no charge--the Rockledge Security System. Otherwise, it would be an $800 option. The Rockledge System prevents vehicle theft by immobilizing the entire vehicle if someone starts messing with it and the immobilization can only be "removed" by activating the vehicle key fob. According to Farhan, since Right Toyota has installed Rockledge Security system on their vehicles, Right Toyota--and their customers who have the Rockledge--have never had their vehicles stolen. (They'll disable it if you don't want it.) All four team members did a superb job and I'm pleased with the entire process--including fair negotiations and my 2024 Land Cruiser FE. Because of the outstanding customer service and after-sales support, Right Toyota has gained a customer for life. Congratulations--keep-up the great work! More
