I had my first experience with Right Honda in 2022. From the first conversation with Tristan Dailey, to driving off the lot in my Accord, the customer experience was second to none. Tristan was knowledgeable, professional and truly personable, not fake. I read people for a living, and he was the genuine deal. I called him a few months later because my needs had changed, and I needed something that had the ability to travel in the snow with ease, and had a larger storage space. Tristan did not fail. He showed me the full range of SUVs and introduced me to the Ridgeline, which I ultimately ended up buying. Tristan, his leadership team and the finance team were amazing. They set me up with the best truck I’ve ever had, and made the process as painless as possible. When my Ridgeline need service, I called Tristan and he set up my appointment with Daniel in the service department who was attentive, professional and made sure to check in on me while I waited at least once. Tristan also came by while I waited to make sure I was comfortable and made sure that I was happy with my purchase. In all my years of working with dealerships, I have never had a team as attentive to my needs as Right Honda. I would and have happily referred friends and family to Tristan and the team at Right Honda. Kudos to you, and thank you for providing the superior customer experience! More

I had an appt and yet the wait time was 3 hrs when I arrived. Had to reschedule for another day. Once I came back on second attempt, I was first in line at 7am when they opened and yet an oil change s arrived. Had to reschedule for another day. Once I came back on second attempt, I was first in line at 7am when they opened and yet an oil change still took over an hour? I’ve changed my oil for years at home and it never took anywhere close to that long. I’m glad that this oil change was free because it was my first one after buying the car with them. This experience pretty much solidified that I will not return here for future service and will go somewhere cheaper and more expedient. More
They have a large selection of vehicles however their service is inconsistent. Much of the negative service issues are since the pandemic. I’ve been bringing my Hondas for the past 16 years to this dealership and they always work with you to fix issues. I’m hesitant to buy my third Honda but might do it just because service department goes this dealership and they always work with you to fix issues. The actual service provided was what I needed, and Alan the service associate was actually very good. However, I have been less than impressed with the Honda care as it does not appear to be the bumper t the service associate was actually very good.
