Dealership was unprepared for to update navigation system, even though I was told they could when I purchased the vehicle (software was 3 year out-of-date). Service required 8 hours to download the s system, even though I was told they could when I purchased the vehicle (software was 3 year out-of-date). Service required 8 hours to download the software, which was a longer wait than originally promised, so I needed to return the next day for the installation to be finished. Staff was very accommodating, but Honda should know this needs to be treated as a computer software installation -- on my last Honda, I could purchase a CD, and upgrades were always smooth and required less than 10 minutes. I plan to keep my new car for a while, so I hope they can come up with a better solution that doesn't require 2 days to complete. More

A big shout to Danny and Hector for going above and beyond to fix a hiccup that left my car stalled after a repair. They took care of everything and made sure my Pilot is ready for a road trip to WA.
