The show room, and the service waiting room were great except for the fact all they had was coffee and tea. I was very surprised for a dealership to be located in Scottsdale Arizona, and only offer water except for the fact all they had was coffee and tea. Right Honda has always done excellent service work; however, this time I was very disappointed. I asked the service gentleman (who was very nice and personable) to rotate the tires and change the oil however, this time I was very disappointed. I asked the service gentleman (who was very nice and personable) to rotate the tires and change the oil using full synthetic oil. I showed him the coupon that would complete these two and he said he has another coupon that is $10 less. Awesome! That's why I love these guys. I asked if it included rotating the tires, he said yes. I asked if it included the full synthetic oil, he said yes. I also told him the car developed a squeak in the back of the car about 30 days after I purchased the vehicle--it is a 2022 model. He said they would find the squeak, but I would have to pay $165 for the diagnostic fee. (I was told by a service rep at another dealership this included hooking up the car to a machine to determine what was wrong). After many hours the Right Honda service rep called to tell me the car was ready, but they could not get the car to make the squeaky sound. Mind you, everyone who rides in this car hears the squeak--it is annoying. So I paid $250 for an oil change, no tire rotation and still have the annoying squeaky brand new car. And to boot, when I went to pick up the car, could not find the service rep so I went to the cashier who was very rude. This was a first I have ever experienced at Right Honda. Disappointed. More

Pretty fast. Everyones nice and things were made right when one man was extremely rude to me. Just slightly disappointed and underwhelmed with the Armor One package they make you pay an extra $1300 for when purchasing car. I feel like they just run it through the car wash and vacuum. Some small spills that are easily wiped off leather arent even wiped off when i get my car back. I hate complaining because theyre so nice! Would definitely recommend over other places. Tempe Honda and this Honda are my favorites. Customer service five stars. More

Anytime I have a concern about my car they will help with no hesitation and you can never get that after dealing with sales, when you first meet and after they sale you a car. That’s just my opinion. What made me say to myself after Sam and Amiel checked on me after 5 months and made sure the car was in good condition and I was still loving the car. That I really LOVE Honda lol . Thank you guys so much for making me feel like a HONDA family lol Sam and Amiel thanks again!!!!!!!!! You guys our awesome!!!!! P.s thank sales department as well!!! More
