I have been coming to this dealer for 19 years. I purchased the car at this dealer as well. I have had all service work done specifically at this dealer except getting tires which I do at Discount I purchased the car at this dealer as well. I have the same comments as another customer waiting for their car at the same time that day. Here are my honest thoughts. The service level has greatly decreased in recent years. I waited 1 hour and 35 minutes for an oil change and I had an appointment and arrived at 7 am. The other customer had an issue with Allen McKenna and on my last visit he was horribly rude to me. I decided I would never work with him again so I worked with a different advisor. I know he has been at the dealership more than 20 years and must be tired of his work. I would definitely come in more often if the wait was not so excessive. More
