Our experience was a nightmare. No pictures were provided and were learned that the problem was not rodent damage but a connector between two tubes which came loose. Also, a mechanic damaged our tire and failed to tell us. It was fortunate that I had taken pictures of the car when I brought it in. The service advisor, Jesse M. was not only dishonest, but also very rude. He kept insisting they had done so much for us for free. Our car is under warranty. I paid for the warranty! It wasn’t free! If I had turned “the rodent damage “ in to my insurance company, it would have been insurance fraud. We thankfully, we’re treated with honesty and respect by the shop foreman who was filling in for the service manager. I am very sorry I cannot find his name. If not for him trying to make things right, I would have reported this to the BBB and gone out of my way to post on Yelp, and every social media outlet possible with the worst of reviews, in order to save someone else from such horrible treatment and dishonest service. I always goto this Dealership for servicing and typically receive great customer service except for this last time on July 12th. I dropped my car off for a battery change and the service advisor called me to receive great customer service except for this last time on July 12th. I dropped my car off for a battery change and the service advisor called me to let me know it was ready and to pick it up by 6:30 PM, I arrived at 6:05 PM and was then told by the cashier (didn’t wear a name tag but he was a hispanic guy with earrings that dangled 2 inches from his ear, patchy beard) that they closed at 6 PM and he would not sign off on my car. I apologized for being late but told him I was told to be there before 6:30 PM. He made sure to make it aware how annoyed he was sighing aggressively and rolling his eyes, he then walked away and came back a few seconds later throwing papers down infront of me and rudely telling me he’ll let this slide this one time and to sign the papers. He then made sure to “let me know for future reference” after already lecturing me that they close at 6 PM. I’ve never experienced such bad customer service where I’m being talked down to for being 5 minutes late to pick up a car after they were the ones who misspoke by saying be there before 6:30pm. Hispanic guy (late 20s-mid 30s) with his dangly earrings was extremely rude and should not be customer facing what so ever. More
