I have noticed a decline in the quality and courtesy at Right Honda. Having been a loyal customer for 15 years, purchasing multiple vehicles and relying on them for maintenance, I am disappointed. Our service advisor is great. However, the charge reporting (out of his hands) is miserable with many hidden fees related to ‘disposal, supplies, etc’ plus tax.
