Steven was good, but it was hard to get anyone at Honda to call me back or to get answers as to what happened to my car. They did give me a loaner, but they should have when my car oil cap came off after i to call me back or to get answers as to what happened to my car. They did give me a loaner, but they should have when my car oil cap came off after it wasn't fastened properly at Honda during my oil change. So a very dangerous situation where I was stranded on the off ramp of the highway leaking oil everywhere and could have destroyed my engine. All of that said, Honda owned up to their mistake eventually and did thorough testing before giving me my car back a week later. More

There were significant communication issues between the person who checked me in and the service advisor regarding an overheating transmission problem on my 2018 Ridgeline Black Edition with only 38,000 mi person who checked me in and the service advisor regarding an overheating transmission problem on my 2018 Ridgeline Black Edition with only 38,000 miles. After the truck was serviced, I was told that there were no issues with my transmission and that if I was going to tow (I wasn't when it overheated), I should install a transmission cooler. Why doesn't the tech know the truck has a cooler already factory-installed? I reiterated the circumstances when it overheated. Later, I was told that a new transmission was approved and would be installed when it arrived. Tim, the service manager, stated that after the transmission was installed, it would be covered by a 3-year/36k mile warranty, extending past my current Honda Care by two years. That gave me confidence in keeping the truck in that I was covered if it were to fail again. Two weeks later, I received a call and was informed that the transmission was now NOT approved and they would only change the fluid. The service advisor acknowledged that this is not what I was told earlier nor what is on my receipt. She only offered more apologies. I don't know how Right Honda can maintain that this is acceptable. More
