Brought my car in for a small warranty/recall issue with the software. Not a biggie. A PPI was performed on the car as is standard. When I arrived at service center I walked down the counter looking for reps name. I passed at least 6-8 employees. No one offered to help. I finally walked back to the beginning of the counter. He acted as though I was from another planet. After work was completed I was told I could only use one coupon for the two services performed. Do you prefer one service per visit?
