Service was great, unfortunately same as the last 3 times I was there, the sales people were in the waiting room asking people if they wanted to trade in their car, especially pounced on the ones with repair I was there, the sales people were in the waiting room asking people if they wanted to trade in their car, especially pounced on the ones with repairs, asking what their currently payment is, trying to negotiate them into a new car. Shady sales tactics do better. Will only be returning for warranty repairs so I don’t have to continually watch the vultures attack wounded prey. More

We arrived at our 9 am appointment as required. Waited three hours for a diagnostic that took 30 min. Then, we were told that you had the part but not enough time to fixed the issue by the end of t Waited three hours for a diagnostic that took 30 min. We were told multiple times that you would keep us posted, but did not received a call until the following date and after we called the service counter requesting an update. Not a good experience. Good speedy service. Part of the service included transmission fluid replacement and when I got home I noticed the van was dripping fluid in the garage. After some research I found the tech left trans fluid on the bottom engine cover. It required some cleaning but got it done. I’ve been servicing my van at this dealership for many years and this was the first time fluid was left after service. More
