A bit disorganized at check-in, and I had to wait 15 minutes beyond my scheduled appointment time. They couldn’t seem to locate my car when they told me it was ready. When they finally did, they reali minutes beyond my scheduled appointment time. They couldn’t seem to locate my car when they told me it was ready. When they finally did, they realized an o-ring was missing so that oil was leaking and had to correct that. This was my third visit to Right Honda for service. I was satisfied with the experience the first two times, but this one was a bit disappointing and didn’t instill confidence that the work is done carefully. I will say that the advisor who helped me upon checkout was very apologetic and service oriented, so that is why I will say “yes” to recommending them. More
