I trust him completely and I know that he will do absolutely everything he can to make sure that I get the best service at the best price. I moved 30 miles away and I still make the trip to Right Honda just because of Bill. This trip just ended up in purchasing a new car. This will be my 3rd or 4th car I've gotten from this dealership. After seeing all of the new bells and whistles on the cars, and a quick test drive, we knew the 2014 model was just what we needed. With his help and the help of Kristopher Criswell we were able to keep our payments in a comfortable range. Although we weren't really in the market to get a newer one at this time, it turned out to be the RIGHT TIME. We are so happy with our new car. This is our third new car from RIGHT HONDA of Scottsdale. Because of their excellent customer service, and friendliness, we will always go there for service for our cars and purchases from them. THe salesman Monty Blankier was an excellent salesman. I was there to get my Civic checked in service. He approached me about getting another vehicle. He made the experience in buying another car very easy - no stress, etc. The only thing I am still waiting to hear about is the extra key for the car. I only received one when I purchased it. I purchased a 2011 Honda CRV on 7-9-13. If someone actually reads this, and can inquire about the extra key, then contact me @ 480-516-4419, I would appreciate it. I was planning on trading my Honda Odyssey in for a new one in a few days, however my air conditioner stopped blowing cold air. I visited the dealer and they told me I needed a new air filter. However, they admitted that when they placed my vehicle on the rack they cracked my dampers/struts and I was responsible for paying $900.00 for the repair. Both my husband and I spoke with the service managers, Andy Cyr and Andy Kirby. They would not waive the fee but merely reduced the cost modestly. I ended up with a credit card bill of roughly $900.00 in charges over the past couple days as a result of simply needing an AIR FILTER! Andy Kirby said they have about 4000 cars that go thru there every month, you would think they would be in a position to help the customer even after admitting it was a result of their technician, their negligence..NOPE! Here I sit with a huge bill on my credit card! Choose another Honda dealer when making a repair!!!! More
I stopped by for service on my Honda Element and was walking up to take a look at the new cars in the showroom and I had dropped a paper out of my hand. I enjoyed my experience at Right Honda. I went in for a recall for my 2007 honda accord and the staff was very friendly and helpful to fix my problems and answer my questions. They also fixed my front and back mounts which was still under warrenty for me also. Only thing is I was expecting a car wash which wasn't giving to me at the dealership that day when they always do when I get my car serviced there. More
The service center was able to get my car in for repairs immediately. They made sure someone was with me at all times so I never felt left wondering what was going on while I was there. I was seen to a rent immediately. They made sure someone was with me at all times so I never felt left wondering what was going on while I was there. I was seen to a rental car quickly and made sure I had everything I needed. I was called before any inspection or work was done on my vehicle. I was given a list of what was being repaired and the repair team worked with my warranty company to ensure that everything I needed fixed was fixed since I was so close to being out of warranty. They also covered additional rental car costs not covered by my warranty due to the holiday weekend. I truly appreciated this. My car is running great. I am so very happy to have her back. More
