Three Saturday morning appointments to address one airbag recall is extremely poor customer service. They sent me an eMail telling me the part had arrived and to make an appointment for installation. or they'd send the part back. I made the Saturday appointment and they sent a reminder eMail listing the part to be installed. I went there, and after waiting 1.5 hours in their waiting room while they were installing the part I was told they didn't have the part after all. Ridiculous. They do enough of these recalls, they ought to have plenty in stock. Furthermore, it should've all been taken care of in the first visit. I will go elsewhere in the future. More

Turned out they had to do an engine tear out and order some parts to fix it-something went wrong in the casting of the part- In the meantime they got me a Corolla from Enterprise to use while they fixed it. Car rides nice as new. No problems. We didn't pay a penny, all covered under warranty. Bill took care of everything. Great service. Nice guys. More
