Long time customer disappointed in service I have gone to Right Honda for four years - servicing two vehicles and purchasing 1. The service department has always been very slow to respond when I have gone to Right Honda for four years - servicing two vehicles and purchasing 1. The service department has always been very slow to respond when you pull up - you feel like whoever is low on the totem pole has to come out of their air conditioned offices eventually. Every time I have had service done, I have received a survey from them along with an email from the department head requesting good feedback. Two weeks ago, I had a disagreement with the service rep regarding their wanting to charge me $90 for a diagnostic when I knew the problem was a quick reset. I refused that service and just had an oil change. Surprisingly, I never received a survey request or email from the organization. When I called and subsequently emailed the general manager and the survey coordinator, I was given a response that essentially said the service rep was correct and too bad. I subsequently requested a survey and have yet to receive one. I guess I will look in my sent mail to see the last time I responded to one of their surveys and try to notify corporate that way. They lost a loyal customer because of this. More

I called to schedule an appointment with Right Honda's service department, but they said that they couldn't service the vehicle because it's a Nissan. Fair enough, I took it to a Nissan dealership, then I was told that Right Honda's service manager has to release the work to the Nissan dealership. It was a runaround situation. I was feeling frustrated with the situation when I received voicemail, but the service manager, Andy Cyr called me back and took care of the warranty phone call promptly. More

I scheduled an oil change for this afternoon (12/17/2016) and while waiting in the waiting area, a very friendly and non-pressured gentleman came up. Blake Rehani. He introduced himself and met my mother and I. We spoke for a bit and he spent the time to actually talk and listen to us. Once the conversation initiated, Blake Rehani shared the fact that RIGHT HONDA had a 2017 CR-V. We compared our current HR-V to the new CR-V. My mother and I were excited just by the conversation. We then were offered to and actually see, sit and drive the CR-V. Blake Rehani took his time sharing some features, with no pressure to purchase. Blake Rehani understood a few of our needs: 1st - Mother had to be able to get in and out of the passenger seat, which worked well. Also, her wheelchair had to fit in the back compartment. Blake showed us the power door feature and the chair fit perfectly in the back. We then had a pleasant drive and we talked more, which allowed Blake to be a human not just a salesman and to get to know us better. It was a wonderful experience and our HR-V was serviced with a smile! We were so happy that RIGHT HONDA has such a great motivated, friendly, personable, knowledgable, kind team member that this will be the specific reason we will return for all our service needs. We may not see Blake Rehani everytime, but knowing he is part of the RIGHT HONDA team, tells that they definitely think about the customers before sales. THANK YOU ALL for a wonderful experience. Also Gaston Villegas was extremely patient and kind with answering my questions I had about getting out of a leased CRV that I loved and go into a purchase instead of a new HRV my many questions and very patient with me . Lastly Kris Criswell the Finance manager was terrific too ! He took time and did not rush me when I had questions or hesitated with mKing a decision. Both Kris and Mark took my phone call 2 and 3 days after purchase of my new HRV and encouraged me to come in again and they would go over all paperwork if needed. More
