This service department could have taken me to the cleaners and told me that I needed a new computer board in the car or some other expensive repair. Instead, the service technician that I spoke to explained the issue to me and sent me on my way with no charge what-so-ever. I always have taken my Honda's to them and will continue to do so. They can be trusted. More

Needed missing nvigation manual. Nearly a year after we about our 2917 Accord Sedan we realized that we never received the manual for the navigation system. When I contacted David We Nearly a year after we about our 2917 Accord Sedan we realized that we never received the manual for the navigation system. When I contacted David Wetzel to request a replacement, he investigated and found that no manuals were available except through special order and at a cost of $50-60. The manual can be downloaded, but contains around 160 pages. Since it would only be truly useful while in the car and our home printer could not handle a print job that large, David volunteering to print off a copy of the manual and mail it to us. It arrived shortly thereafter. This was so helpful to us, and Dave definitely went beyond the call of duty! More
