Very quick to finish car, well ahead of expectations. Some notable differences in the inspection report from the previous one 3000 miles earlier: 1. Under Tires, previous showed two with 4/32 tread remaining, this one shows three 6's and one 5. Are my tires growing rubber? 3. Under Battery, previous CCA shows 1190, this one 1524. Is my battery growing stronger? 4. Under Tires this report shows that inflation pressures were previously all at 32psi, and were reset to 35psi. In fact, I try to keep my tires at 38psi, and after the servicing were reading 39 and 40 psi. Do they really check the tires, or just fill in some numbers? More
Great service! Thanks Bill Thornton for helping us out at the last second. We had to call the last minute because of a warning light and he was able to squeeze us in and also noticed I needed an oil cha at the last second. Associate was very helpful, informative, and prompt. I was disappointed that my vehicle was not washed upon return. The staff member who drove my car said it was due to covid.
