Very good customer service by me service tech, who is Daniel Estella. The only thing was I was looking around for a possible SUV and the salesman did I not have a face mask i.e. shield on and it took him Daniel Estella. I’ve been a customer of Right for close to 10 years and this was the worst service experience I’ve ever had. Service was performed that my wife didn’t authorize and, when confronted, the Service Tech calle this was the worst service experience I’ve ever had. I have always taken my cars to Right Honda and have been completely satisfied with the Service Dept. My only issue is that they changed to synthetic oil which is costlier than the regular oil. I brought my truck in for a simple tire repair and the tech did a horrible job. They damaged my new rim left the area filthy along with hand prints all over the outside and inside of my truck. I went dir tech did a horrible job. They damaged my new rim left the area filthy along with hand prints all over the outside and inside of my truck. I went directly to the service writer showed him and he called Mr. Tim Hatcher (service manager). Tim came out took pictures and sincerely apologized for his departments poor results. I was leaving town for a week and would bring the truck in at that time for resolution. Tom ordered a new rim and had his best crew on the changing out of the tire. All four tire pressures were checked along with balanced. Excellent resolution and service on the second visit. Bottom line, bad things happen.
