A little disappointed the price went up 30% and no car wash or tire rotation which was done on previous visits to right Honda. I was told that the work on my car would take about 2- 1/2 hours. It was done in 1-1/2 hours. I had an unfortunate experience with my first vehicle I purchased here but it was through no fault of the employees here. I purchased a new Civic here in the summer and three weeks later I was in an accide purchased here but it was through no fault of the employees here. I purchased a new Civic here in the summer and three weeks later I was in an accident that totaled the vehicle. About another week passed and I came back for a replacement, which they were able to find for me very quickly. Fast forward to my first scheduled maintenance and I was so surprised with how quickly they handled my visit. I've always had to wait at least 90 mins for a basic oil change and tire rotation at my local shops but here I was in and out in less than 30 mins. I thought I was going to have time for a nap when I didn't even have time to finish my hot cocoa from the lobby. And since it was my first round of maintenance it was on the house. More
