My service advisor, Dan, greeted me as soon as I pulled into the station. He was courteous and friendly. The lounge was clean and free Wifi available for me to finish up some work on my computer while my into the station. He was courteous and friendly. I had to take my new 2020 Honda CR -V EX -L car with 600 miles in for rattling in the right front. Very, very disconcerting. Was a loose sway bar that just needed a bolt screwed back in. Wish Honda production would address but hope everything goes well from here. My service adviser Jesse Monsisvais got right on it and I was in and out in an hour. I plan to use Jesse as my service guy going forward. I appreciate him telling me everything else looks good. So looking forward to this being a one time issue and I will many years of reliability ahead of me. More
