First oil change on 2020 CRV. Oscar and his service team took good care of me and wait was minimal. Dealership had and excellent wait room as well. 2019 Hohda Pilot Touring with 10K miles and the dash reported "low battery". Mike got me in with no appointment, checked my battery and since it would not hold a charge, he replaced the battery under w reported "low battery". Mike explained these cars have a significant battery drain and infrequent driving can lead to this issue. He suggested buying a trickle charger which I did. Thanks Mike! More
