My service advisor, Dan, greeted me as soon as I pulled into the station. He was courteous and friendly. I had to take my new 2020 Honda CR -V EX -L car with 600 miles in for rattling in the right front. Very, very disconcerting. Was a loose sway bar that just needed a bolt screwed back in. Wish Honda production would address but hope everything goes well from here. My service adviser Jesse Monsisvais got right on it and I was in and out in an hour. I plan to use Jesse as my service guy going forward. I appreciate him telling me everything else looks good. So looking forward to this being a one time issue and I will many years of reliability ahead of me. More
