Our experience was a nightmare. No pictures were provided and were learned that the problem was not rodent damage but a connector between two tubes which came loose. Also, a mechanic damaged our tire and failed to tell us. It was fortunate that I had taken pictures of the car when I brought it in. The service advisor, Jesse M. was not only dishonest, but also very rude. He kept insisting they had done so much for us for free. Our car is under warranty. I paid for the warranty! It wasn’t free! If I had turned “the rodent damage “ in to my insurance company, it would have been insurance fraud. We thankfully, we’re treated with honesty and respect by the shop foreman who was filling in for the service manager. I am very sorry I cannot find his name. If not for him trying to make things right, I would have reported this to the BBB and gone out of my way to post on Yelp, and every social media outlet possible with the worst of reviews, in order to save someone else from such horrible treatment and dishonest service. Honesty and Integrity matter! More
