Our service advisor is great. However, the charge reporting (out of his hands) is miserable with many hidden fees related to ‘disposal, supplies, etc’ plus tax. It’s always a guessing game (and not a good one) when it comes to the total bill. It also seems like the better discount you start with, the higher fees that will get added. That part is frustrating. My sales person, Kyle, was incredible. Him and Danny were able to get me the car I wanted at a reasonable rate for me, and I couldn’t be happier. However, a week after I had the car, I received a call from Tate in finance that I needed to come sign more papers. When I went in, I was told my rate would be higher do to a “final approval.” Luckily I refused and was able to keep it at what I initially signed for. But this still puts a slightly bad taste in my mouth, as it seemed slightly underhanded. More
