I appreciate your response but you did not address the purpose of my feedback in the first place. Is ordering a tire to keep in stock possible or not? I shouldn’t have to jump through hoops to get a replacement tire when I’ve paid for the tire and wheel warranty, I consistently service my vehicle there (and have been for the last 8 or 9 years) and I’ve already had two flats in less than a year. Why is this so difficult? Customer satisfaction is not your top priority based on this interaction.
