The dealership was very clean, the staff was professional, I was happy with my purchase. It was exactly as advertised. The only unfortunate thing was that I had a terrible accident going home from the dealer which totaled my new purchase but my wife and I walked away from it. My salesmen and the dealer have been trying to find a replacement. But the vehicle was specialized for my use. I’ve been reading a number of negative reviews about right honda I would just like to say this about car dealerships in general do your homework on the car on the dealers everything your purchase is your responsibility be prepared to look at different cars be prepared to negotiate the terms and your trade ins value. If you can help it. As a first time buyer never ever go without someone who’s gone through this process before. And always remember if your not comfortable or happy you have the option and the right to leave and do business elsewhere!
