I was told to call Honda Good Will again to ask if they would apply the cost of my initial diagnostic fee to be applied to the repair. We understand how frustrating it can be to have issues with your vehicle, especially with the A/C system during these very hot months. A dealer can advocate on your behalf when warranties are expired, however, the decision whether to cover a component is ultimately with the factory.
