A response to my review is great however I brought in another vehicle the day after and received the same treatment. Words are cheap therefore if you really care things would change. In addition you would reach out and attempt to make it right. Good luck with your future. You’re lucky, most people don’t do their research prior to arriving. I do. The second car was quoted at $1500 for a lock cylinder. I had a locksmith replace it in your parking lot after your team left my car open all night. $450 for a brand new ignition. Seriously. Pre-Covid your were great. Now…I am posting publicly to avoid you at all costs. Like I said, you’ve lost integrity and your team could care less about the consumer. Maybe they are more focused on their commissions. Good luck.
