This is the 2nd Honda that I've purchased from Marshall Debrowski. And all I can say is AMAZING! The most painless time I've ever had purchasing a car. We'll be back soon for another 23' Accord. I do believe Honda can offer great service. However, I came to them with a seemingly failed alternator. I say seemingly because I had JUST had it replaced after failure without warning. Honda suggested it was because I hadn’t used a factory alternator. Ok. If that’s what you say. So, I had a brand name alternator put in. Died after a month. Ok so maybe it’s NOT that it wasn’t brand name. Maybe there’s something else going on. That should’ve been considered the FIRST time I brought the car in and explained the situation. This time they tell me it’s rodent damage. My car doesn’t sit long enough for an animal to get in there, nor were there chew marks, nor would an animal CHOOSE to go from hot temperatures outside to even hotter in the engine of my car. It was a faulty wiring connection to the alternator. And it was overlooked the first time I went. So I paid for an alternator I DID NOT NEED. When confronted, I was told I would receive a call from the shop foreman. Still waiting on this call. So my suggestion to you is LISTEN to what’s going on instead of just ASSUMING and don’t cover up YOUR mistake with rodent damage. To summarize, I spent $1000 on an alternator when the ACTUAL problem was faulty wiring all along. I asked for a refund after explaining everything listed above and was denied/brushed off. I bought my vehicle from here and had planned on buying future vehicles from here, but I need some sort of resolution to this mess in order to do future business with you. More
