I came in for an oil change on my 2020 CR-V and left the dealership with a new 2024 CR-V. Mark Laster, the salesperson I worked with had me on my way in about 90 minutes. Disappointing that my visor won’t fold all the way up. Asked him to see if he could fix it, or at least take a look. This s s the 3rd time I’ve done this dealer rating. Everything went smoothly , thought I think I should have negotiated a better contract on the cash I had to pay out for trade. The vehicle we turned in was 2 years old and had less than 12,000 mileage.The frustration has been trying to set ups payment plan with automatic deduction from our bank account each month. This was easily done with the previous leased vehicle. Working with a lively agent named Myra from Honda Financial in CA but email form she sent did not reach my computer! Our dealership and Gary Kravetz did this for us on our previous lease after we provided bank info. Got the last 2 years we had the auto bank deduct each month with ease. This present endeavor has become way too much of a hassle, no fault of our bank!!! More
