I change my oil every 5,000 miles. At the tile it was a little over something like 15,250. The service light was not on but when scrolling though the setting it said A1. As I was doing thelat the service person was kindly yelling me in a sarcastic voice Do not bring your car in here if the knight isn't on, because the second I do the wifi at the service department is reading my vehicle. Furthermore if the light wasn't on that he would end up paying for the service because the agreement that I have for the car wouldn't be covered. So st first I just thought he was having a bad day and I let it go, but then as I go to checkout he goes yell this to Mr again as noe he it seems like he is talking down to me. I did not appreciate this. More

Mike McPherson helped with the service call request, was excellent on the phone and in person. Besides the regular maintenance service, I had several questions about the windshield replacement, the inside l excellent on the phone and in person. Mike was extremely patient, very hands on and answered all of my questions. It’s so important to work with people that care and go above and beyond, and Mike has done just done.
