We recently had our car serviced at Right Honda, and I must say, our technician Danny Shaw went above and beyond in every way possible. Not only was he incredibly accommodating, meeting our specific needs must say, our technician Danny Shaw went above and beyond in every way possible. Not only was he incredibly accommodating, meeting our specific needs with ease, but he also exceeded our initial expectations. His proactiveness made what could have been a stressful weekend so much more manageable. He represented Right Honda with such professionalism and care that we felt completely at ease. It's clear that customer satisfaction is his priority, and because of his exceptional service, we will definitely continue to choose Right Honda for all our future car needs. Highly recommended! More
The other reviews on here about being baited with a loaner and then refused one when you get there are 100% accurate. The “supervisor” Tim needs to be fired. He has zero understanding of what customer loaner and then refused one when you get there are 100% accurate. The “supervisor” Tim needs to be fired. He has zero understanding of what customer service is. His employee promised me a loaner vehicle while mine was getting serviced but they did the classic bait and switch when I got there. Turns out Timmy refused to give me a loaner and continued to argue with me about it with a smug smirk on his face as if he cruelly enjoys denying loaners after promising them. Tim seemed beyond hurt and offended when I told him the car had its oil changed elsewhere. He kept bringing this point up which showed his true colors, he wants to milk every dime out of the owners who go there. The loaner was a must for me so I refused for them to touch the car. It’s sad to see how grossly bloated these dealerships got during Covid while scamming customers with obscene markups that they forgot the basics of customer service. I’ll be filing a complaint with the AZ attorney General for these sleazy and unethical bait and switch practices. More

Service was good, completed in a reasonable time. I would suggest restoring the car wash that was part of a service visit a few years ago. I explained to Tim, the manager that I was unhappy with their level of customer service. He agreed. fixed it, gave me his card and told me to call him the next time I come in. From the start they were made aware of my unique credit situation, my available cash downpayment, and understood my downpayment would consist of my fully paid 2018 Honda trade in. As this would have been my third Honda, I was initially excited based on the communications given to me by Mr. Ingrassia. However, after confirming "0 out of pocket should be absolutely no problem", and with $15,500 already being established for my trade, I was told that I would then need to come up with $3960 out of pocket in addition to proceed. This was of course after I had spent $400 out of pocket on legal fees to procure a letter they required which would allow me to finance the vehicle while in the last month of a bankruptcy repayment contract. I felt this experience needed to be shared with potential buyers. Perhaps Scottsdale residents with perfect credit are treated differently, perhaps it's just those of us who are rebuilding our lives who might experience these issues. You may want to reconsider whether you want to purchase your vehicle at Right Honda. More
This dealership appears to be pulling bait and switch scam. My daughter and I saw vehicle listed on third party site. She called on Friday, January 19th at approximately 7pm to confirm the vehicle was scam. My daughter and I saw vehicle listed on third party site. She called on Friday, January 19th at approximately 7pm to confirm the vehicle was available and scheduled an appointment for 2:15pm the next day to test drive. When we arrived for appointment we were told the vehicle had sold that morning and would we like to view other cars on the lot. We gave them our search criteria: max price of $10K, max miles of 100K and no accidents. The salesman mentioned another same make/model that was higher priced but I had seen it already and knew it had been in an accident. We declined to look at this vehicle. The salesman then kept pushing us to look at other vehicles priced at ~$15K, well out of my daughter’s price range. Again we declined and the salesperson then asked us to wait a moment while he spoke to his manager. The manager came over and told us we would never find a vehicle that met that criteria and we should a consider cars they had on lot. I told him we had found a dozen vehicles on third party that did indeed meet our criteria and we would take our business elsewhere. We purchased a car meeting our needs that day from another dealer. On Sunday out of curiosity I did a search again of site. The vehicle that was advertised that got us to Right Honda was still up. I emailed asking about availability and was told yes it was, and would l like to come in for test drive? I advised the representative he should double check as I had been told the previous day the vehicle had sold. As of today, Tuesday, January 23, 2024 the vehicle is still being displayed on third party site AND it is listed on their OWN site. More
The used vehicle was as advertised. The intial sales representative, Max, was very pleasant to deal with. The transaction took about 3 hours. One big thing could have been better. T The intial sales representative, Max, was very pleasant to deal with. The transaction took about 3 hours. One big thing could have been better. The dealer marked up the cost of this used vehicle with about $1400 in overpriced additions such as window tinting, door edge guards, door handle cup protection, etc., which I personally would value at less than $500. At least this was listed in the advertisement, so I was forewarned. The most egregious unexpected addon was nearly $2000 for an alarm system. So, I had to spend most of an hour haggling with the sales closer (and his manager) to get the overall price down to what I was willing to pay. This routine is the primary reason I don't like going to dealers, but I've found that it's the way most still operate. However, I was pleased that when I went to the finance department, the paperwork I was asked to sign exactly reflected the negotiated price so I didn't have to start the haggling all over again. More
