I made several stops to the dealership and Josh was always ready to answer my questions or look at the car again. I made a deal on a "in stock" car, but then had a change of heart on the color. I stopped by for service on my Honda Element and was walking up to take a look at the new cars in the showroom and I had dropped a paper out of my hand.
