I was planning on trading my Honda Odyssey in for a new one in a few days, however my air conditioner stopped blowing cold air. I visited the dealer and they told me I needed a new air filter. However, they admitted that when they placed my vehicle on the rack they cracked my dampers/struts and I was responsible for paying $900.00 for the repair. Both my husband and I spoke with the service managers, Andy Cyr and Andy Kirby. They would not waive the fee but merely reduced the cost modestly. I ended up with a credit card bill of roughly $900.00 in charges over the past couple days as a result of simply needing an AIR FILTER! Andy Kirby said they have about 4000 cars that go thru there every month, you would think they would be in a position to help the customer even after admitting it was a result of their technician, their negligence..NOPE! Here I sit with a huge bill on my credit card! Choose another Honda dealer when making a repair!!!! More

When those numbers didn't match with what I hoped to get for my trade-in, and what I wanted to pay for the car itself, he called me back later in the day with new numbers that fit my expectations. Then when I agreed, they gladly held the car for me for a few days fit my schedule, since I'm in Tucson and Right Honda is up in Scottsdale. Once I arrived, the car was ready to go, and there was no pressure to add anything I didn't want; no hidden add-ons, which is such a relief. We were able to take care of a lot of the details via email and phone. The process with the finance manager was quick and painless, and everything was as expected, which I've found is rarely the case in purchasing new cars. The car I purchased is rare -- an Accord Sport sedan, manual transmission -- and my local dealer here in Tucson would have had to order one or hope to do a dealer trade on a car no dealers are trading. Right Honda had it in stock, and in the end gave me a better price than the local dealer here in Tucson would, even though I've done business with that dealership regularly for twelve years. I'm delighted with the service I received from Barton and Right Honda, and highly recommend them. More

I have been trying to purchase a specific color and model Honda Accord for nearly two months. The Southeast Valley dealer I had been using was not, in my opinion, offering me a fair trade-in value for my cu Honda Accord for nearly two months. The Southeast Valley dealer I had been using was not, in my opinion, offering me a fair trade-in value for my current car. In fact, the "Appraiser" never left his office to even look at my vehicle...it was "appraisal by paper". By comparison, Right Honda looked at my trade-in very carefully, drove it, raised and lowered the top, and made sure everything was as I had told them it was. Overall, I received a much better financial package from Right Honda and they will now be my "Go To" dealer for future Honda purchases. Our family has purchased 5 Honda's from the Southeast Vallet dealer closest to my home, but we now have a new Honda dealer for our future purchases....Right Honda! More
