Having been a customer of Right Honda’s service department since 2001, I was very discouraged to have experienced the poor level of service and disregard for my business during Friday’s visit. My advisor, Shawn, was apparently having a bad day. My appointment was for an oil change. I had requested that Shawn inform the technician(s) to not adjust tire pressure as I had just left my tire dealership for service. I also asked that he ask the technician to inspect a loose cover on my rear-view mirror. When my car was returned to me, I found my tires were inflated by an additional 5 to 8 pounds for each wheel. Shawn told me that since I had previously had the windshield replaced, I would need to take up the mirror cover issue with my glass company. No quote for a replacement part was offered. I had also asked that Shawn ask the technicians to not spray down the windshield to test the wiper blades as I had just replaced them. My car was returned with water marks over the windshield and hood. - giving me the task to go have the car cleaned. For an $89 service visit, I would expect a little better follow-through, and not to mention the missed opportunity to sell me a replacement part. When I returned to my home I Googled the replacement part and purchased it online through another Honda dealership. Not the experience I have grown to know Right Honda for over the past 22 years. More
Adrian was excellent however, the “closer” guy was awful. Made up numbers on a scrap of paper? Added $6000 to the price the dealer had posted on the car. Made the sales process terrible.
