Not having made an appointment, we naively took your time and became your priority. However, at no point did we feel that your plans for the day were more important than us. We immediately recognized that from the time we set foot at the dealership we were made to feel that we were the most important people on the premises. Although we had communicated through the internet we were going to purchase an Odyssey today after all our research, information, and competitive info was collected from the other 7 Honda dealerships, you spent your time with us providing additional information and insight into the vehicle. We would not have been surprised had you applied immediate pressure to us for purchasing from Right Honda. You didn’t know if we were going to cut our time short. You didn’t apply the pressure but found our key concerns and questions, educating us while at the same time building within us a confidence and trust in you, your expertise, and the Honda product. Your lack of pressure was most appreciated. However, ultimately it was your style and demeanor at the “right” pace (no pun intended) that enabled us to stay and complete the deal. Certainly, your willingness to negotiate and tell us your wanted our business played a part in our decisions. But, when it comes down to it, people sell to people and you did it right. Kathie and I were thoroughly impressed with how you kept us informed about what was happening in the process and that you were staying on top of it. Although you may have been involved with other people or responsibilities, we never felt that we were less than number 1 on your list and you were spending an appropriate amount of time making the process as quick as reasonable. Another characteristic where we were impressed was the new car orientation. The Odyssey has numerous features and your ability to go through them with a level of expertise definitely spoke well of Right Honda’s commitment to training its people. We know there is an expert source available. And, if there is that question that sits in the obscure corner, we know that you will research it and help us to the right answer. The car needed to have some marks removed. That is understandable, because it's a used car. However, it was not done in a timely manner at all and required three trips by us to the dealership. Additionally, they failed to fix a windshield chip and fog light chip even after I pointed these simple things out to them. They were nice guys, but once we signed, they we not interested in doing the right thing and fixing the blemishes that they should have fixed in the first place. There are plenty of car places in the valley. I would avoid this one. More

My experience at Right Honda was very enjoyable. I previously had a Honda Accord 1997, and for undergraduate college graduation, I wanted to buy a brand new car. My father and I went to several deale previously had a Honda Accord 1997, and for undergraduate college graduation, I wanted to buy a brand new car. My father and I went to several dealerships to see what cars were currently out there, which is when I met Jake Colaw in January 2013. Jake was so helpful in explaining all features of the Honda Accord 2013... Not only did he appease me in all of the 'cool' features I wanted in my car, but he also appeased my father in everything that he wanted in my car. After talking with Jake, I knew that the Honda Accord 2013 was EXACTLY the car I wanted. I told Jake that I wouldn't be purchasing the car until May 2013 (when I graduated), and he kept in continuous contact throughout the five months. On the day of purchase, my father and I met with Burnett Newkirt, who offered a perfect price for the car in my price range. I didn't want some of the features that were already built in to the car, and Burnett was able to lower the price in order to fit my satisfaction. The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful in answering all questions with my purchase. I am so happy about my car, and I brag about it everywhere I go! More

Pj asked plenty of questions as to what kinda of car I was looking for and was able to find exactly what I wanted on the first shot! He was extremely helpful and found me a great car and got me in and out was looking for and was able to find exactly what I wanted on the first shot! I was just having the oil changed on my 12 Civic EX-L but ended up buying a 13 Civic EX-L Nav. The most expensive oil change I've ever had BUT THE BEST DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE EVER in my 20 yrs of being an au ended up buying a 13 Civic EX-L Nav.
