Finally I found a dealer in valley who will stand by the quoted price through email, there is little drama before they agreed for it through I have to push for it, but it is a happy ending. I am so surprised that they did not push me for additional warranties, GAP insurance etc., overall very good buying experience I recommend working with PJ Arnel (they call him as PJ) a great person. The experience at Right Honda has been excellent in every way. Plus they have free coffee and popcorn every day; they have a large comfortable waiting area with free Wi-Fi, and sometimes more. I am an old lady now, alone, and need a dependable vehicle, and someone that is dependable to take care of it. The service department at this location is fabulous! Alan is a dear, sweet, heart, always patient and kind and always takes good care of me. He even has helped me decide on priorities when more than one repair needed to be done and funds were low. Repairs may be a little more expensive but I don't mind because at least I have peace of mind they are done properly, and if not, appropriate corrections are made without difficulty. When I asked, because my vehicle was getting old, Alan recommended me to a salesman I could trust, Craig, and I have been talking to him for about five years now. I just could not decide what I really wanted or needed. I loved my 2001 CRV but it had 198k miles so finally I purchased a new CRV. I work in remote areas and need a dependable vehicle for all terrains, and… I love to go camping in remote areas also… for example, on top of Mt. Ord?. I would not be able to do this with any other vehicle. Also I had a bad back injury a year ago and the CRV is easy for me to get in and out. The service team, the sales team, the finance team, all the staff at Right Honda I have had contact with are especially nice, considerate, respectful, and go out of their way to help clients. I have no intentions of ever going anywhere else, forever. More
I had several email contacts with Steve and we arranged a time to meet and look at CRV's. He was good with follow-up and I went in on Saturday. We looked at several different cars (to see the colors, interiors, etc.). I took a test drive and then we picked out the one that was best for me with the best financing for me. I was hoping for more on my trade-in but the explanation was plausible even though the "accident" wasn't really an "accident" (a guy running from the police in handcuffs ran into my car and dented the bumper).....I understood that the Car Fax shows it as an accident but I still was not happy about that part - but it had nothing to do with the dealership...(More to do with the police report and had I known what would have happened, I would have fought it at that time since it probably cost me $1500 at least!!). The car was detailed and all the 'bells and whistles' explained so that I could drive away happily! I love my new CRV! More

I bought a new vehicle at Right Toyota a few months ago for my parents. Great experience. I expected the same out of Right Honda. Nope. HORRIBLE experience. All they had to do was take our money. I have never seen a salesperson sabotage a deal faster than this clown, leading us to take the trip down to Arrowhead Honda for a pain-free experience. The majority of the cars had no stickers and no information. It was a hot day and we had to turn each car on to check the mileage. It took about 30 minutes to figure out which CRV my mother in law even wanted to test drive. As soon as Gibby strolled back with a plate 15 minutes later, I told him I was very irritated at the disorganization. It rapidly went downhill from there. Gibby became extremely defensive and confrontational. The test drive ended and we went inside. I admit the selection was vast and I told Gibby that the clock was ticking and I wanted an inventory list of the 10+ used CRVs out there with pricing, mileage and features. He, again, became defensive and told me that it was a ridiculous request and in all his years selling cars, he had never heard of such a thing. He went and fetched his manager, Michael, which took another 15 minutes. They didn't have an inventory list, only a pathetic four-square and a magic marker scribbled price. This isn't 1980 and I'm not an idiot. Get real. By this time I had already called Arrowhead Honda. I politely thanked them for their time and said we were leaving. Gibby became more agitated and started pacing around me. Michael asked why I was leaving. I said that Gibby was kind of a jerk, was wasting our time, knew nothing about the vehicles, and I've never seen a more disorganized lot in my life. Michael approached me and started to give me a speech about how I was the one acting like a jerk. We exchanged words and I was surrounded by a herd of salespeople (that could have been spending time printing specs for their vehicles). I walked out with Gibby, Michael, and about 6 other people taunting me, my wife, and her parents. More
