I recently had a very bad experience at another dealership (honda also) BUT had all my questions answered at Right Honda, all the staff were very kind, professional, and I was able to Lease a new dealership (honda also) BUT had all my questions answered at Right Honda, all the staff were very kind, professional, and I was able to Lease a new Civic (which was the type of car I was looking for) at an affordable price. We purchased our first two Hondas from Michael in 2010, returned earlier this year to purchase another, and at that time were also helped by Gaston Villegas. Most recently, a few weeks ago we returned to Honda to purchase another vehicle after our daughter was in a car accident and the Honda Fit she was driving needed to be replaced. I might add, that she stepped out of her car after sliding under a large pickup truck and totaling her front end, with nary a scratch or bruise. Way to go Honda! That 5 star rating was true to form. We bought another Fit without giving it a second thought. Michael has looked out for our family car needs above and beyond what a car dealership would usually offer. When our own insurance company did not tell us our options, Michael was kind enough to take the time to tell us what they were. This allowed us to make a decision that was right for us, as opposed to a decision that would benefit the collision and insurance companies. Gaston was with us through the whole process as well. I told him how much I love mine and that my wife was looking to get a car and even though she was thinking Hyundai, I reminded her how trouble free my experience was with mine and that she had agreed to come and test drive one the very next day (It was so serendipidous that he approached me the day before). Joey is a very likeable guy and even though I had other Honda salesmen subsequently calling me, I knew I wanted to do business with him. We eventually came to Right Honda and Joey met us and proceeded to tell us everything we would have wanted to know (and then some) about the 2014 CRV. He was very professional, informative... he totally engaged us and we felt at ease with him. We felt that he was very honest, very personable and you just felt that he had our best interests at heart and wanted us to be happy. He was NOT your typical car salesman. He has the formula for selling cars in my opinion. My wife fell in love with the car instantly (hinted to me that she wasn't interested in looking at Hyundai anymore and that we needed to get this). Negotations with the head sales manager went well, we got what we thought was a very fair price and we really liked working with their finance rep John Farris. He's a quality guy from bottom to top, gave us a great rate. I have always HATED that part of the car buying experience and with him, it had to be the smoothest sailing ever. All-in-all... we rate this a great 100% car buying experience. More
