Process made very quick and painless; great trade in value; outstanding salesman (The Marshall) who was not lazy about letting me take it for test drive, pointing out all of its features, and actually programming my blue tooth/phone; and great financing options and incentives. I moved to Gilbert a few months ago and still return to Right Honda...well worth the trip! More
We are Costco Members and they led us to Right. Peter treated us extremely well. No haggling. Up front display of numbers and financing. Developed a good level of trust. In and out in 2 hours. The week before we met Peter we walked on to brouse and met a salesman who was pretty awful - didn't know inventory, pricing and kept running back into the office. No confidence in that guy. Then as we were leaving another salesman (presume a manager?) came running out yelling we had to buy a car, running his mouth about don't leave, what can he do yadda yadda. We just wanted leave and he's blathering on until I just had start my car and implored him to just "STOP" he embarrassed himself and the dealer. Without the Costco entree - we were not going back. Stopped in to look at a 2003 Chev Cavalier that was advertised in the auto trader. Took the car for the test drive and the gear shift had to much play in it. I through in to the mix, what if I traded in my Jeep with 95000 miles and my daughter and myself would be able to get an affordable reliable car. Kristopher and Adrien brainstormed on what could possibly be done to get a good car under warranty for a low prices for the both uf us. And that they did just that. I am so excited with both of our vehicles but mostly knowing I'm putting my daughter in a reliable safe car....makes me so happy. Thank you so much for taking care of us. More
When I first went into Right Honda, I wasn't sure if I was going to buy an Accord. However, a few hours later I left with a brand new Honda Accord. Jake from Right Honda was right there to help me and m I was going to buy an Accord. However, a few hours later I left with a brand new Honda Accord. Customer service was fantastic. Steve was able to answer all of my questions and was very knowledgeable. The Quality of work was also good. I did not have to negotiate any prices or haggle at all because of the Costco pricing. Steve and Corey knew what todo and helped through out the process. I feel that the price was fair for both parties. Through Costco I was able to get membership pricing that was predetermined for each car. I feel that this price is just as good of a price that one who negotiated for hours would get. Since I am not one who likes negotiating, this service was very useful for me and made the experience much better. More

I first met with salesmen Eric Canson and JC Campbell. They were both great! JC was helping Eric learn, I liked the team work he showed, he was knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in and had They were both great! I appreciated the time they spent with me, making sure all of my questions were answered. What impressed me most about JC and Eric was that they were just nice, personable and extremely courteous, without the pushy, aggressive, high pressure techniques of many car salesmen. That is actually the reason I returned to Right Honda when I was ready to buy my car. Though Eric is still new to car sales, his kindness as a person shown through earning high marks with me. It was refreshing to see at a car dealership. The only less than complimentary thing I have to comment about was when I purchased an extended warranty with Jose, from the finance department. Jose was courteous, but I felt that he was not completely up front with me about the warranty. It was after I had agreed to purchase the extended warranty, and at the very end of our meeting, almost as an after thought, that he mentioned there would be a $100 deductible on any service involving a warrantied item. Maybe that information dissuades some from getting the warranty and therefore it isn't mentioned until the deal is sealed, but it left me feeling like I had been manipulated. And I didn't like it. After submitting a letter to the General Manager of Right Honda, Darrel Deak, sharing the above experience I was quite impressed with his swift and generous response. He has agreed to wave the deductible should I ever need to use my extended warranty on my new Honda. I have to give Right Honda more kudos for their customer service. I absolutely will recommend this dealership to family and friends. More
