We arrived at our 9 am appointment as required. Waited three hours for a diagnostic that took 30 min. Then, we were told that you had the part but not enough time to fixed the issue by the end of t Waited three hours for a diagnostic that took 30 min. We were told multiple times that you would keep us posted, but did not received a call until the following date and after we called the service counter requesting an update. Not a good experience.
