I called him a few months later because my needs had changed, and I needed something that had the ability to travel in the snow with ease, and had a larger storage space. Tristan did not fail. He showed me the full range of SUVs and introduced me to the Ridgeline, which I ultimately ended up buying. Tristan, his leadership team and the finance team were amazing. They set me up with the best truck I’ve ever had, and made the process as painless as possible. When my Ridgeline need service, I called Tristan and he set up my appointment with Daniel in the service department who was attentive, professional and made sure to check in on me while I waited at least once.
